ORDER

Aggrieved over the long pendency of the suit from the year 2016, the revision petitioner / plaintiff has approached this Court for early disposal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the case is for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that, the pleadings are pleaded in the year 2018 itself and issues also framed and the matter was not settled before the Lok Adalat and therefore, seeks early dispose of the suit as the petitioner is a Senior Citizen.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the learned District Munsif Judge, Thiruvadanai, to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.23 of 2016, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
