O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner herein dated 18.02.2017 and investigate the same. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that enquiry was conducted, but the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police. Hence, the complaint was closed. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner requested to this Court, liberty may be given to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police.

4.In view of the above said submissions, the respondent police is directed to issue summon to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner is also directed to appear before the respondent police along with all necessary materials after receipt of the summons. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
