ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 & 2 to register the complaint dated 01.05.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 13(1)(a), 13 (1)(b) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and to take action against the accused in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is present and submitted that the complaint sent by the petitioner was received by the respondent and preliminary enquiry was also conducted by examining the witnesses in this case. 3.Mr.C.Mayilvahana Rajendren, Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents herein and submitted that preliminary enquiry was conducted and it was recommended for taking department action against the officer concerned as per the preliminary enquiry reported in PE 192/2017/TPT/TH, dated 08.07.2017.
