This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.09.2017.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that, based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has already been registered in Crime No.4 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(i) IPC on the file of the second respondent police. He has also produced a copy of the FIR to that effect.
