Respondents Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to direct the 3rd respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 01.08.2017 given by the petitioner for offences under Sections 420, 465, 466, 468 and 471 of IPC and consequently direct the 1st respondent to supervise the investigation.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 01.08.2017 given by the petitioner for offences under Sections 420, 465, 466, 468 and 471 of IPC and consequently direct the first respondent to supervise the investigation.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the same has been closed on 29.08.2017, advising the parties to go before the competent civil Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the civil Court.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court, seeking appropriate relief.
