This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to take appropriate action based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.11.2017 in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a complaint before the respondents to register a case against the proposed accused for illegally entering into the petitioner's property. But no action has been taken so far. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the same has been closed on 22.12.2017, advising both the parties to go before the competent civil Court, seeking appropriate relief.

dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court, seeking appropriate relief, if so advised. The second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, if not already served.
