When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Solicitor General on instructions submitted that there are cases pending against the petitioner, which have culminated in PRC / CC proceedings. Therefore, the petitioner has to move the jurisdictional criminal Court for getting permission to travel abroad. No relief can be granted in this writ petition. Giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional criminal Court, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
