This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner is a rowdy element and two cases are pending against him and he was only called for enquiry and there is no harassment by the respondents police.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
