Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus direct the respondents to pay the pensionary benefits of Petitioners husband Late. Gopalakrishnan as per Rule 49 (7) (a) (i) of Tamil Nadu Pension Rules in the light of the petitioners representation dated 11.04.2019.
