O R D E R

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.08.2021 and conduct proper enquiry.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondents on 16.08.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
