ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai in Crime No.79/2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the on completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 03.10.2015 before the Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, and the same is yet to be taken on file.
