According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made complaints dated 20.11.2017 and 24.11.2017 before the respondents. But, so far, no action has been taken on the said complaints. Therefore, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired and the same was closed with an advise to both the parties to approach the civil Court to workout their remedy, in view of the civil suit is pending before the learned District Munsif Court, Ramanathapuram.
