ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.10.2017.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint is purely in civil nature. Therefore, the complaint was closed by advising the petitioner to approach before the civil court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to record the aforesaid statements and seeks liberty to approach before the competent Jurisdictional Court.

4.Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty.
