Respondent PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to sanction the entire educational loan amount sought for in the petitioner's educational loan application dated 10.07.2017 for pursuing her B.S.M.S., Course in Government Siddha College in Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks disbursement of educational loan. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent filed counter affidavit, in which it has been stated that the following particulars have been sought:- a) Hostel Fee Structure for the entire course period b)Income proof of co-applicant c)Account Statement of the co-applicant (SBI) d)Affidavit
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the particulars have already been given to the respondent.
4. But then this Court directs the petitioner to once again submit the aforementioned particulars to the respondent Bank. Upon receipt of the same, the respondent shall consider the petitioner's case and dispose it of in accordance with RBI norms within a period of three weeks.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
