2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that on seeing the police party the driver has jumped and ran away from the scene of occurrence. The vehicle was seized and necessary steps have been taken for confiscation.

3.The petitioner being owner of the vehicle. This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, since the matter is at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
