ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the 1st Respondent and his officials not to harass the Petitioners and their family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the 2nd respondent dated 28.06.2022 to the 2nd Respondent

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.385 of 2022. During the course of enquiry, the second petitioner/husband has given a statement that because of the difference of opinion, there was no possibility of reunion and he also ready to pay Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the third respondent/wife on or before 30.04.2023 and the third respondent is also ready to receive the same. On that basis of the statement, the complaint was closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
