3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.70 of 2021 and there is no co-operation from the petitioner for enquiry.
