This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.5196 of 2020, dated 02.09.2022.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel on either side that an appeal vide W.A.(MD)No.620 of 2023 is preferred against the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.5196 of 2020, dated 02.09.2022 and the Division Bench of this Court by order dated 20.11.2023 remitted the matter back to the competent authority for the purpose of considering the issues afresh.
3. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition does not survive and the same is accordingly closed.
