ORDER

The present petition is filed for transfer of SMOP.No.24 of 2020, now pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai to the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli by the wife of the respondent.

2.Heard, both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no serious objection for transfer of the case, but, added that given the pendency of the number of cases in the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, a time may be fixed for expeditious disposal of the case.

4.The said statement of the learned counsel is recorded. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and SMOP.No.24 of 2020, now pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai is directed to be withdrawn from the said Court and transferred to Family Court, Tiruchirappalli. The presiding officer of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli is required to dispose of the matter as early as possible, but, not exceeding twelve(12) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
