The petitioner had given a representation on 20.02.2023 seeking shifting of the meter box and the electricity post in respect of electricity service connection No.478-013-2013 in Survey No.261/2C.

2. It is complained that this particular Survey number belongs to the petitioner, but the survey No.261/2A and 2B belongs to the second respondent Anandharaj, who had sought electricity connection. While granting electricity connection, the first respondent had affixed the meter box in the land of the petitioner herein. Seeking to shift, that, a representation has been given. 2/4

3. The writ petition stands disposed of even without issuing notice to the second respondent, since I am confident that the first respondent would issue notice to the petitioner and the second respondent and thereafter, consider the representation and then take a decision. Such decision has to be taken on or before 27.04.2023.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
