This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and to pass further orders. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the guise of enquiry the petitioner is being harassed by the respondent police. He would further submit that the petitioner is ready to co-operate with the enquiry and produce relevant documents to establish their innocence enabling the completion of enquiry.

Crl.O.P.[MD]No.5001 of 2020 registered in Crime No.116 of 2020 against the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry and is also directed to furnish relevant documents with regard to the civil suit, since the respondent law enforcing agency undertakes not to harass the petitioner.
