Prayer in C.R.P(NPD)(MD)No.1213 of 2014:Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act 1960, against the Judgment and decree order passed in R.C.A.No.6 of 2013 on the file of Principal Sub-Court, Dindigul, dated 06.12.2013 reversing the order and decreetal order passed in R.C.O.P.No.24 of 2009 on the file of Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif Court), Dindigul dated 05.06.2013. Lawrance COMMON ORDER It is submitted by the learned counsels on either side that during the pendency of these revision petitions, both parties have settled the dispute between themselves amicably. In support of the same, a joint compromise memo dated 15.06.2017 signed by both the parties as well as their respective counsels has been produced before this Court. The relevant portion of the compromise memo reads as under:- "It is submitted that during the pendency of the above Civil Revision Petitions, the landlord and tenant have amicably settled the dispute between them and pursuant to the compromise, the tenant agrees to vacate the building premises which is the subject matter in R.C.O.P.No.24 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul and agrees to hand over the same on or before 22.06.

2017 and further the landlord agrees to permit the tenant to remove all his articles from the said building premises on or before 21.06.2017 and further the landlord also agrees to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the tenant as full settlement on 15.06.2017 by way of Demand Draft and both the landlord and tenant also agree that they will not make any further claim in this regard."

2. In the result, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of in terms of the joint compromise memo dated 15.06.2017 and the terms of compromise shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
