O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondents to seize and detain the vehicle bearing number TCV-796 from the custody of the fourth respondent until the transfer of registration of ownership is completed, based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that so far the petitioner's representation has not been received and if any representation is received, the same will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent would submit that the second respondent has received the petitioner's representation and thereafter, they issued letter to the petitioner, dated 18.12.2024. Since the said representation was already considered by the second respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4.Since the respondents 1 and 3 denied the receipt of the petitioner's representation, it is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

5.Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
