This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.115 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent police , against the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the trial is already over and all the accused persons were acquitted .

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
