Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A3 in Crime No.48 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 420 IPC and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent/State. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court, by order dated 06.09.2016, has already been granted interim anticipatory bail in favour of these petitioners and they have also surrendered and executed sureties before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate, Karaikudi. As per the direction of this Court, by order dated 15.11.2016, the petitioners have also deposited a sum of Rs.1 lakh to the credit of Crime No.48 of 2016 and also filed petition for impleading the defacto complainant. Though notice has been served, the second respondent/defacto complainant did not appear before the Court. The civil case has been given criminal colour. Therefore, this petition may be ordered.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent / Police submitted that the petitioners have deposited a sum of Rs.1 lakh to the credit of Crime No.48 of 2016. The investigation is pending.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim anticipatory bail order already granted by this Court is made absolute.
