This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner is harassed on the basis of the complaint, lodged by the second respondent. It is also stated that, earlier the second respondent has filed a complaint and the matter was fully settled. Thereafter a second complaint is lodged just to harass the petitioner.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, however submitted that no complaint has been received as against the petitioner from the second respondent. It is further stated that no further enquiry is contemplated and that there is no question of any harassment.
