It is a petition seeking a direction to the 4th respondent herein not to harass the petitioner without following due process of law and take action against him on the basis of the petitioner's representation made before the 1st and 2nd respondents herein dated 22.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
