ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substitute service of notice on second respondent in S.A.(MD) No. 265 of 2018, by way of paper publication in any one of the Tamil daily 'Malai Malar' having circulation in Ramanathapuram District.

2. Heard both sides and also perused the records.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are permitted to effect substituted service for the second respondent by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Ramanathapuram District, indicating the date of hearing as 24.03.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 13.03.2026.

4. Post the matter on 24.03.2026.
