This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to register the case and to take suitable action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.01.2016 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.It is seen that the complaint dated 09.01.2016 is not with the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, second respondent herein and it is pending before the Inspector of Police, B.1, Vilakuthoon Police Station, Madurai. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person before the Inspector of Police, B.1, Vilakuthoon Police Station, Madurai and lodge a fresh complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint, dated 09.01.2016 and on receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.
