This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime.No.1047 of 2020, dated 26.11.2020, on the file of the respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the Government has taken a policy decision not to pursue the case registered in the wake of breach of lock down restrictions and hence, further action in the above said Crime No.1047 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police has been dropped.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
