ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to dispose the application submitted by the petitioner under Section 133 Cr.P.C. dated 29.10.2015 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent a complaint under Section 133 Cr.P.C. to take necessary action against the persons, who are stated to have polluted the water bodies in the petitioner's village. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that it is agreeable for them to consider the representation.

5. Under such circumstances, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
