RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentences of the petitioners herein, which was imposed by the order dated 11/01/2018 passed in S.C.No.94/2017 on the file of the Learned Additional District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GOKUL, Advocate for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the order passed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3275 of 2018 in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.2018, dated 10.05.2018, the petitioners are directed to execute the sureties before the Additional District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram. Since the Additional District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram is on summer holiday, the petitioners are unable to execute the sureties before the said Court. Hence, the petitioners pray to permit them to execute the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram instead of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy.
