ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Sivakasi to complete the trial in DVC No.5 of 2021 within a period stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Sivakasi to dispose the case pending in DVC No.5 of 2021 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.
