Thirumangalam in Crime No.1000 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.40 of 2023 and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent Police.

3. Recording the submission made by the the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
