This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by invoking extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Ramanathapuram, to dispose of I.A.No.178 of 2015 in O.S.No.32 of 2014.

2.Since the petitioner sought for only speedy disposal of the Interlocutory Application, notice is dispensed with.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Interlocutory Application was pending from the year 2015 and therefore, he prays for speedy disposal of the same.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned District Munsif, Ramanathapuram, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.178 of 2015 in O.S.No.32 of 2014 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
