ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2026 and conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that the petitioner's complaint has not yet been received by the respondent Police.

3.Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh complaint before the second respondent Police. The second respondent Police is directed to conduct an enquiry based on the fresh complaint, if any, and take appropriate action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
