PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent herein not to harass the petitioners under the guise of investigation in respect of Crime No.163 of 2012 dated 19.12.2012.

ORDER
According to the petitioners, the petitioners have been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that a case has been registered against the petitioners for the offence under Section 6 of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986 in Crime No.163 of 2012 and after completing the investigation, closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputhur. Therefore, there is no harassment by the respondent police as alleged by the petitioners.
3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
