These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 948 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the respondents 5 to 7 as the legal heirs of the deceased fourth respondent, namely, R.K.Govindasamy, in the above said second appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is seen that the legal heirs of the deceased fourth respondent have already filed an application in CMP(MD)No.5849 of 2025 to implead themselves as respondents 5 to 7 in the above second appeal.

4. In view of the above, these petitions are allowed. 2/3
