ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.27707 of 2023 dated 27.11.2023. 2.The learned Additional Advocate General submits that as per directions of this Court, an enquiry was conducted and found that prima facie materials are available as against the trustees and the Secretary. Therefore, an action has been taken as against the trustees and Secretary and eight charges has also been framed as against them. The charge memo dated 08.05.2024 issued to them has also been placed before this Court.
