This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.12.2017 against the accused mentioned in the complaint.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent has forwarded the complaint to the jurisdictional police at Coimbatore and thereafter, the said complaint was forwarded to the District Social Welfare Officer, Coimbatore for submitting report.

Hence, this petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court at a later stage for filing fresh petition.
