ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2019, seeking appointment on compassionate ground. 2.According to the petitioner, her representation dated 02.02.2019 seeking appointment on compassionate ground, due to the death of her father, while he was in service, has not been considered so far, by the respondents, which has resulted in filing of the present writ petition.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered, within the time stipulated by this Court, on merits.

4.Under such facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this Court, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2019, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
