O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the complaint lodged before the second respondent as against the petitioners herein. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioners state that the case in Crime No.142 of 2017 has been registered by the second respondent, as against the brother of the first petitioner, who is arrayed as an accused and is absconding. The complaint is about the illegal transportation of PDS rice. It is further stated that in connection with the complaint the petitioners are harassed by the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The allegation is that the petitioners are called upon to appear before the second respondent police station repeatedly. It

is also stated that the second respondent and his men are visiting the place of petitioners often in search of the first petitioner's brother.

5.The Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, however submitted that no complaint has been lodged against the petitioners and no further enquiry is contemplated as against the petitioners.

6.Recording the said statement, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
