O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition dated 01.04.2025, filed by the petitioner challenging the proceedings of the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.Aa2/0029/2025 dated 18.02.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the third respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a revision petition before the 1st respondent challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 18.02.2025. Though the said revision was filed on 01.04.2025, till date, 2/4

the same has not been disposed of. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the revision petition filed by the petitioner dated 01.04.2025 would be disposed of in accordance with law.

In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner dated 01.04.2025, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
