ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 417 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.10 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.As per the complaint, the petitioner cheated the defacto complainant by giving false promise to marry, had sexual relationship with her. Now it appears that he married some other girl. Investigation is pending and the petitioner is still absconding. His earlier anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19633 of 2019 was dismissed on 30.12.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.5109 of 2020 4.Considering the allegation against the petitioner and his abscondence, this Court is not inclined to grnat anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
