ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Sivagangai to proceed the case as expeditiously in S.C.No.9 of 2022, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that some of the witnesses have been examined in this case.

4. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Sivagangai to dispose the case pending in S.C.No.9 of 2022 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5789 of 2022 Further the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail and co-operate for trial.
