O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN) It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Advocate General that the fifth respondent died in the year 2011 itself. However, suppressing the said fact, the present Writ Petition is filed by the Writ Petitioner arraying the fifth respondent as one of the party to the Writ Petition. 2.The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition, with liberty to file proper Writ Petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. We permit the Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition.

3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn 2/5

with liberty as sought for. No Costs.
