This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Dindigul, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.508 of 2016 in Crime No.7 of 2016 and to dispose the same within a time fixed by this court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the grievances, this court is inclined to pass the following directions:
