The petitioner has made a representation to the respondent on 18.04.2018, seeking permission to conduct the "Aadal Padal Programmed" on 01.06.2018 at about 6.30 P.M., to 10.30 P.M., to the Village Temple namely "Arulmigu Sri Niraithalaimudaiyar Thirukovil", which is situate in Thodaneri Village, Samayanallur, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 18.04.2018 to the respondents to grant permission permission to conduct the "Aadal Padal Programmed" on 01.06.2018 at about 6.30 P.M., to 10.30 P.M., to the Village Temple namely "Arulmigu Sri Niraithalaimudaiyar Thirukovil", which is situate in Thodaneri Village, Samayanallur, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District. no order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is still pending with the second respondent. Therefore, this Court may pass appropriate orders to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law. 5.Considering the submission made by both parties, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
