Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for R1 & R2 and of petitioner not appearing either in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. Since the petitioners have not complied the condition imposed by surrendering themselves before the concerned Court within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, this Court is not inclined to extend time.
