RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.MP.(MD). No.671 of 2021 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.16133 of 2020 dated 03.02.2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.JOSEPH JERRY A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD) No. 671 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16133 of 2020 on 03.02.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that as per the orders passed by the DGP the case has been transferred to the file of the CBCID, CCIW, Madurai and a new crime number has been assigned as Cr.No. 01 of 2021.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No. 671 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16133 of 2020 on 03.02.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the CBCID, CCIW, Madurai on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
